Jlab Studio pro headphones arent working on one side?

Hi! I received these headphones as a gift a couple months ago, but they dont seem to work. One side plays perfectly fine but the other was super glitchy before it stopped working altogether. I'm not sure what to do? I've tried moving around the cable a couple of times and I can get a few seconds of glitched sound before silence again. Iacbt recall anything that I could've done to break these headphones? Any ideas on how to fix them? I've tried contacting for a warranty but they said that I should reply to the email stating I was an international customer and after I did that I got zero replies or further instructions.
