Hey folks, I just finished my summer vacation and could use some guidance.

I didn’t do any internship this summer, so i just focused on learning Golang seriously and building projects with it. While I’m glad I learned something new, I’m starting to feel unsure about my path and how to present it.

Quick background:

- I’m a B.Tech CS student (graduating in 2026) from a tier-4 college.
- In 2023, I did two Flutter internships at very small startups.
- But my interest changed, and I’ve moved toward backend development since then. I’ve forgotten most of Flutter and don’t want to go back to it.
- I’ve built small CRUD APIs with Django, FastAPI, and Express, but I didn’t feel confident in any of them — so I didn’t go deep.
- All my recent projects are in Go (Golang). My main one (Sentinel) is still in progress, so I haven’t included metrics yet.
- Also led a student group under Google Developer Group.

Questions:

1. Should I still include the old Flutter internships in my resume, even if I don’t want to work with Flutter anymore?
2. Should I mention Django, FastAPI, and Express if I’ve only done basic stuff and dropped them?
3. All my serious projects are in Go. Is it okay to focus only on Go as a fresher, or should I diversify?
4. I haven’t found any entry-level jobs or internships that ask for Go. Am I cooked for learning it?
5. Does my resume seem strong enough for a backend fresher? Any suggestions to improve it are welcome.

Thanks in advance to anyone who replies 🙏
