Can anyone on Xbox just basically not play?

When I first tried playing 3 hours ago, I could play 5-10 minutes of a match before my game just dashboards. Tried reinstalling, clearing cache, and deleting data. Now whenever I get into a match, 30 sexonds in it's like time stops and then it crashes. This is incredibly frustrating because I was having fun the few minutes I did play.
