"On a Technicality quest disappeared — did I still receive the rewards?"

Hi everyone, I’d like to ask if anyone has encountered the same issue as I did.

While doing the "On a Technicality" quest, I was unable to talk to the NPC to turn it in after completing the objectives.
So I went to do some quests in other zones first.
However, when I came back to this zone, the quest had disappeared.

Based on the achievement tracker and the command suggested on Wowhead to check quest completion, it shows that I’ve already completed the quest.

It also shows as completed when I check with other characters.

So I’d like to ask—did I actually receive the reward?
Since the quest gives quite a bit of reputation, I want to be sure.
