Looking for January 2027 Travel Ideas – Nature, Culture, Food, and Beach (or Snow), Under 6 Hours from east coast USA

I’m looking for recommendations for international travel in January 2027. I’ll have about a week to travel, and I’m trying to find a destination that checks a few boxes:

What I’m Looking For: • Nature – I love exploring the outdoors, whether that’s hiking through mountains, relaxing on a beach, or exploring parks and natural landmarks. • Food and history are also super important – I want to experience the culture through cuisine, architecture, and maybe some museums or walking tours. • I love the beach, but I’m not opposed to the snow either – open to both tropical and winter destinations! • Flight time ideally under 6 hours from the East Coast USA (I’m based in NJ). • Budget: $5000 or less, including flights, lodging, food, and activities. • Would prefer to go somewhere less crowded, but still want a good vibe and things. I’ve done parts of Mexico, Canada, and France and Spain already, so hoping to branch out a bit.
