Old Wilsonart laminate flooring issues

I've got these Wilsonart laminate planks from > 20 years ago. These are not manufactured any more. I need to take out a couple of them to extend a part of flooring that recently got exposed due to re-arrangement of some wall fixtures. I have enough planks to cover the area. But the issue I'm dealing with is that it's incredibly hard to take out existing planks. And even when I do this carefully, layers of the plank stuck to the glue in the tongue-and-groove of the neighboring planks are next to impossible to take out. Which results in new planks not fitting in place. Cutting of the tongues would cause ugly seams to show up.

Anybody else experienced this issue? Is this something a qualified flooring specialist would be able to deal with? I'm fine with getting professional help to do the work as long as I don't have to replace the entire flooring. What I'm afraid of is that the planks are stuck to each other so tightly that taking just a few of them out will be impossible.
