Mckennaii after 4 years, WOW

First of all, sorry if my english is not the best since this is not my native language (i'm from Argentina).

Two weeks ago 2 friends, my brther and I lemont tekked 2g of mckennai shrooms after 4 years free of psychedelics.

The trip wasn't how I remembered it. At my age (29 yo), I can honestly say it was one of the best experiences I've had in a long time.
At first, I felt some discomfort and mild nausea—the usual psilocybin come-up. But then, after a few puffs of a joint, it finally kicked in… and what I felt was beautiful.

There was this deep sense of empathy and love—not like MDMA, but something entirely unique. I had never felt that kind of emotion from mushrooms before.
And the music—WOW. In my previous trips, music on shrooms felt kind of 'meh', or I couldn’t really connect with it. But this time, it felt like it pierced through my soul and filled me with emotions, very similar to what LSD does for me. It was incredible, and I honestly don’t understand why it never hit me like this before.

With 2 grams, visuals weren’t too intense, but the whole experience was deeply introspective and surprisingly social (which I found odd, in a good way). Obviously the trip ended very softly, with a lot of energy on the comedown.

Has anyone else had similar experiences? I’m blown away by what these mushrooms have to offer, and I still can’t figure out why I didn’t feel all of this in my previous trips.
