Pavesi 25 Anniversary Clutch Rebuild?

Idk if this is the right place to post this but Ive got three Pavesi 25th Anniversary 125cc engines in my garage that Im trying to fix up. All three engines clutches are shot and need rebuilding but not sure where to even start. Anybody have diagrams or links to videos on how to rebuild them?
