Stealing my Art

I post art on an art instagram. I’m not a big artist, and I mostly do it as a hobby - not for profit unless someone asks me to make them something.

There has been an account that started posting on Instagram and X, and they used one of my pieces, and said that it was theirs! And they’ve been asking people to reach out to them for commissions! I’m sure all their art posts are stolen, and some of them are definitely ai.

I finally got the Instagram account taken down, but the Twitter one is still up.

Well, now they just made a new Instagram account, posted all the same art work including mine PLUS a new one that is also mine!!! All of mine and my family’s and my friend’s reports are being denied, and Instagram/Twitter is saying that they aren’t doing anything wrong.

Even if we get this new account taken down, they can literally just make a new one.

Is there anything I can do legally about this?

I’m so sad and frustrated about this!

Their account isn’t linked to anything else I don’t think, but they consistently use the word/name “Luna” in their account names.
