Kc endorsement question:

I'm looking to get a dog but it has the non export endorsement on her.

If I was to have a litter in a few years time would this pass onto them? Main reason im asking is because if that's the case then that means if I kept this line for 20 or so years then moved country, I wouldn't be able to keep them kc registered right?

I'm not that bothered by it just wondering if that's the case or not. Thanks
