Giving money to my friend

So my friend can't mod his account and I want to help him get some money and cars. Is there a way for me to give hime money and spawn in cars for him? I know you can modify heist cuts, but does that also work with fsl? Like I have fsl installed/activated, I join an invite only session with battleye enabled and just do it the same way I would with battleye and fsl disabled? Or do I need to be more careful? Thanks for answers in advance.
