Upgrade or Build New

I currently have a budget around 1k-1.2k. I am confused on whether I should just restart or if I should just upgrade certain components. If I choose to just rebuild my current setup, what do you guys think I should upgrade or swap out first. I play a lot of Counter Strike, Call of Duty, Battlefield, and FPS games. I am looking for a big boost in those types of games, really any information is going to be better than me not knowing what I should do so I appreciate it.

My current build is a

CPU: Ryzen 7 3700x

GPU: Nvidia 3060

Memory: 32gb of Ram

Motherboard: B550 Motherboard

Storage: 1TB HDD

Power Supply: 600W

Cooling:120mm AIO single fan (I think)

At least 3–4 case fans
