Instagram account hacked, face verification failed 5 times, still no access.

Hey everyone. My account was hacked over a month ago — the hacker changed the email and activated 2FA. My profile still shows a clear photo of my face.

Instagram asked for a face verification video, which I did in the same spot, same lighting, same angle as my profile picture, but I keep getting rejected saying "we couldn’t confirm your identity."

I’ve done it 5 times now. And every time the reply comes within 2 minutes, even though they say it takes "a few business days."

This feels like it’s all automated and no real human is checking the video. I just want access to my account again. Any advice? Has anyone here had success?
