Red residences

So we planned to have staycation here for a few days. Need advice lang since we're not really that familiar sa Makati area (cubao girlie).

Asks:

1. Safe ba around this area? Palengke errands and jogging. Any recommendation where to go for these.
2. Cheap and clean eats around here
3. Is red residences actually a nice place to stay lol. Rebook ko if hindi and what's nicer then.
4. Nearby gym na mura? Meron ba.
5. What to do/visit in Makati for leisure hehe.

Pero concern talaga ako safety especially if planning magcommute to work ganun.
