Girl i don't speak to keeps talking about me to our mutual friends?

Had a situationship with a girl last year that lasted 3-4 months. Ended after I said no to a relationship, having made it clear the entire time I didnt want anything serious. We went no contact and she went back to her ex who she is still with as far as I know.

Recently a mutual friend told me that she has been bringing me up constantly, they didnt quote anything she said exactly, but she's made it sound as if we were actually together and that I was obsessed with her and how she ended it. Then ends what she saids with "I dont care though" every time.

This really caught me off guard as we haven't spoken in months and I had somewhat forgot that she existed, does this mean she has some sort of unresolved feelings?

I have no intention of speaking to her, but just wanted to hear what someone else thought about it.
