full body aches

Basically what the title says. I’m 3 days post op & my whole body is so sore. I just got home today and it feels like I was hit by a truck. My arms my back my legs ache. No fever & BP is normal. No swelling either. It feels like the aches you get with the flu that’s why I’m a bit worried. My vitals were perfect in hospital. I did have to go up and down the stairs twice so maybe it’s that? Idk trying not to think the worse like sepsis or something.

edit: couple hours later and still no fever
