Windows 11 PC desktop lagging randomly (Ryzen 7600)
Ever since i upgraded CPU (April 2025, i7 7700k to Ryzen 7600 with fresh Windows 11 install), PC randomly lagging on desktop (im talking about clicks taking 5 seconds to register, everything loads slow, PC becomes unusable until reboot, but the cursor moves fine) after closing videogames or when opening many Chrome tabs in a short time (happened once - because of it i switched to Firefox entirely, thought it fixed itself because i haven't gotten any issues until today, after closing Battlefield 6).
The lag can only be fixed with a system reboot (but one time it fixed itself without rebooting, after Ending Task on explorer.exe and restarting it manually, or restarting graphics driver with Win+Ctrl+Shift+B, but i haven't managed to reproduce the fix again, having no other option but to reboot PC).
It never happened while playing videogames.
I keep MSI Afterburner hardware monitor graphs on my second screen, noticed CPU usage randomly spiked to 100% and then hanging between 50-100%, but when opening Task Manager (Processes/Performance) it only shows 10% CPU usage max, so it has to be some hidden process.
Apps on background/system tray: Firefox with about 10 tabs on second screen, 10-20 tabs on main screen, Steam, MSI Afterburner, Rivatuner, uTorrent, Nvidia App, Razer Synapse 3 (enables mouse charging dock to display battery level lighting). No antivirus other than default Windows Security.
