Need Help + Advice :(

So I went to submit all my attested documents to the campus but there was an issue because my official IBCC equivalence for my O level exams hasn't come yet so I gave the application form for the equivalence (someone told me it would act as a temporary equivalence, plus it was better than going empty-handed). So the guy said that alot of students have done the same thing I did but they require the official document and he took the attested CNIC copies and fee invoice but said my seat would still not be secured until I submitted the official equivalence certificate.
Now I've been calling IBCC for an hour to ask them if I can upgrade my equivalence process from normal to urgent but the number has been on another line the whole time. I really want to go NUST guys I didn't even apply anywhere else and I'm lowkey stressing :( Any suggestions?
