Any idea how to seek an assessment through bupa select??

I’m looking to try get an assessment done for adhd, however I’m aware that bupa doesn’t technically cover adhd assessments, although they will rule them out in cases like anxiety, now I’m confused what to do, it is true that the symptoms of adhd I show do actually cause me anxiety, but would they actually assess me then? And how would I go about starting the process
