Incorporating family names

I am struggling…. I want to use a middle name from my side (Lynn) for our baby girl, my husband wants to use one from his (Dolores). I LOVE his family’s traditional girl middle name, Dolores, because his family has a really rich history and I enjoy that. But if we use a name from his side I feel like we have to (& I want to) use a name from my side as well.. we just cannot agree on anything so at the moment we have decided to not use a name from either side and we both really like Joy.

We don’t like weird trendy first names, we like short-sweet-traditional names; but I’m really struggling trying to figure out a way to incorporate both “Lynn” and “Dolores”.

Our son’s name is Beau, and our top first names (right now) are Reagan, Josie, Noelle, and Isabelle.

I really like Evelynn, but it is way too popular right now and we just had a friend use that name :(

Is Joylynn too weird? Are there other names out there I am just missing? (I’ve gone through all the lists online of “names that use ‘lynn’”)
