Issues with the UK site! Please help!

i ordered a couple of things from the Online UK store (July 26th) using Klarna as my payment option, then around a week later i received an email from Miniso saying that they were having issues with Klarna and expected to have the issues resolved within 2-3 days, have had no response/dispatch of my order. i email them a couple days ago asking if they knew what was going on and also that i just wanted to have my order cancelled after i had read the poor reviews on trustpilot and have had no response. I then decided to message them on Facebook but no response yet.

This morning I reported the issue to Klarna and they have paused my payment which is due in 17 days. I really hope they reply soon. 🥲 Definitely will not be ordering from the Online UK site again!
