Is the Tedoo app real, or clickbait?

Maybe "real" isnt the right word. But I keep seeing these stories on my Facebook feed. At first they seem genuine and heartwarming....and then I see the word Tedoo. I was selling things on the Tedoo app, I was making crafts for my Tedoo app, I found a local service provider on the Tedoo app. I actually have no clue what Tedoo is outside of these posts. Is it real? Is it spam? Is it clickbait? It seems like bots. Am I right to instantly assume all these posts ae fake?
