Baby kicks

I'm 23 weeks pregnant FTM with an anterior placenta, and I've been feeling my baby kick around 9-10 times in a day. Is this a normal frequency? How can I effectively track fetal movements, and should I be concerned about the kick count at this stage of my pregnancy? Any tips or tricks to trigger baby kicks ?
