Best setting for Performance on my Gaming Laptop

I am facing frame rate drop (below 60FPS) while recording Gameplay(offline). Looking for best setting to optimize it, to maintain 60FPS.
Also facing overheating {90 degree+) in Medium setting (w/ High Texture)
