That happening again I don't know what to do nex

Hey soo one of my friend call mee like regular chitchat soo we basically taking about about on random things and I just ask did you met her yes I am taking about the girl I love so much like so basically she was my know friend I can't express the love I do like I even fight with my family for her but she was already in relationship and it was one sided but I still like miss her and now she is dating another man I don't feel well after hearing this like i really wanna cay so hard 🥲 I don't know what to do we already separate like 1.5 year and yes I miss her I don't she her face for 1 year my eyes already fill with tears

So is there anyone on same page like me can anyone tell me how can I defense my self with this feeling
