Undergrad thesis (urban planning)—help me out pls

Hi guys, im a 5th year student in the philippines and were about to start the research paper for our thesis— to cut this short, we’ve decide to choose Camiguin Island as our place to go over with. A little background—camiguin has a flourishing tourism these years so thats also the main reason why.

Our scope will revolve around:

1. High-tide flooding mitigation- seawater overflow via the bridge
2. Street & mobility redesign- bec the urban design are very outdated there
3. Propose a new civic structure that would define the tourism more, community gatherings etc. in short, an iconic public realm

Questions:

1. what would you CALL THIS TYPE OF THESIS? bec i feel like the problems are all over the place and i cant seem to find that “ONE” thing to begin with could it be like “Urban planning blablabla”??? or something more specific?

2. What are the datas we should look for? MORE? important key notes we should include in our research paper?

3. this could be too much but if you were to create the title, what would it be? thank youu! hehe
