Severe Bruxism

I’ve had severe bruxism for a long time now. My suspicion is that it stems from being on antidepressants, which I started as a kid. Over the years I have had 5 root canals, one extraction and implant, internal root resorption on a tooth that was treated with RCT, enamel erosion and attrition. I now have TMJ and clicking which occurs with chewing. Chewing is not comfortable and things feel off kilter.

How can I monitor whether or not my teeth are continuing to chip away? I have a night guard and saw an oral surgeon yesterday but they didn’t think I had a recessed profile even though no scans of airway were taken. I do snore but an at home sleep study showed no OSA. I have reached out with requests to have a lab study done. I’m worried that I’m going to lose my teeth or experience a drastic change in my face. It is discouraging!
