Vet just recommend pellets food?

Heya! I have a female hybrid dwarf and I just brought her to the vet. I researched this sub a lot before getting my hammie, and I've been feeding her Getzoo dwarf food and veggies.

The vet just told me that they don't recommend food mix that has seeds because they can perforate their pouches? And that I should give her food pellets?

I'm confused because that's the complete opposite of what everyone says here, so I'm wondering if they're operating off old assumptions, or what? I'm from Spain, if that matters.
