Shroud of false Death question

[Question] Builds | Skills | Items

Just got my luckiest drop ever , a 4GA Shroud, I’m playing Pulverized Druid and already have Shroud with Triple MW on All Stats , does it really worth trying to get the 4GA with the same triple on stats ? Will it make any difference to damage ?
