Why exactly aren’t we voting for Sailing icons and cape color separately?

I ended up voting for A as its the best color scheme and has a pretty good icon, but honestly id prefer the icons from B or C with the color scheme of cape A

Shouldn’t we vote for a skill icon, THEN vote for cape color scheme separately?
