Moving to Seattle and hunting for apartments

Hi All,

I am moving to Seattle for work and have been looking at apartments all week. I was wondering where the best neighborhoods and apartments are located within the city. I have looked at first hill, though good but seems to be very close to cap hill with safety concerns. Any suggestion and insights would be helpful. Something not too far from UofW.
