Gem mining from crab should be reverted to first 16 and not top 16

I looked around and really couldn’t find any discussion about this, but on August 6, jagex Pushed an update that made it Were only players who do the top 16 damage can mine the gem crab instead of the first 16 to attack. The reason I feel that this change needs to be reverted is that the people who are capable of dealing the top 16 damage are not mining after the crab has borrowed and also considering the fact that if you’re able to do the top 16 damage, three gems really isn’t even important to you. however as a lower level player with low crafting using this to AFK here and there getting a chance for a few gyms and even a dragon stone as an iron was pretty nice little reward with the afk routine I had for it. Simply put people who can mine the crab are not even bothering I’ve yet to see someone attempt to mine in the past 80 crabs since this change so why lock it the only crowd who can do it but don’t want them?
