In hindsight, Kris hating the soul is so funny

Even if they aren't the one who brought us to the world, they are VERY clearly in on the plan. And yeah, it sucks basically being the sacrificial lamb chosen to be possessed by an unknowable entity, but the worst we can do in chapter 1 is beat up some darkners that end up being nice and hugging a stranger.

And then Kris STILL throws us into the cage like here halfway through a weird route and tries to scare us, gives us "a conceet for you" when we try to engage in their interests, and depending on if theories prove true actively hides their whole life from us.
