An important 2 day assembly for the US branch next year

So last week after meeting, the elder told us about an important 2 day meeting that would be held somewhere in April, and it was very important for the us branch. Does anyone have an idea what this “important” 2 day event is for? Hopefully it’s something that will stop us from going out in the ministry 😂
