Moving with anxious cat

One of my cats is a bit skittish and hates leaving the apartment. She freaks out if I get too close to the front door while holding her. When we moved in, she wouldn’t come out from under my bed for at least three days (idk if she ate and drank while I was at work, but she def didn’t while I was home). It took several weeks for her to settle in, and the next two years were fine outside of vet visits.

Now we’ve bought our first home and we’re moving at the end of the month. I would really like this move to be easier on her, especially since she is now 10 years old. Any ideas?
