MEB appeal rejected

Like the title says my MEB appeal just git rejected to add other conditions to it as non-retainable claims. The reason they were denied was because my docs didnt put in profiles for my other conditions (because i was already on perm prof) and they said there was not enough supporting evidence to my claim showing it impeded ny ability to do my job because i was never on profile for them.. I don't even know what to do anymore.... only reason I opened up to the doctors and went along with the MEB was because they all said they didn't think I could make it to 20 years and live a good life after. Had 3 separated doctors in different specialties recommend this MEB even though my plan was to stick it out to 20.....

Now there is no chance of me getting the med retirement and I feel like I just wasted 11 years of my life. No college, a bunch of random experiences that don't go together on a resume, and a wife and three kids to take care of. Kicker is i just made the e7 list this week and instead of doing the full 20 I'm just gonna get the boot with nothing to show for it...

Not sure if anyone else in here has had issues with MEB stuff but at this point I will take any advice on what to do going forward now.
