MSPI/CMPA without symptoms - just incidental rare blood/mucus in stool?

LO is 2 months old and we noticed a small streak of red mucus in her stool 1-2 times about two weeks ago (which then stopped) and then again about 3-4 different times sporadically in the last week. Most stool looks perfect.

She is getting about 60% breast milk and 40% Kendamil.

We think my wife had some dairy around the time symptoms first started, and then again a couple of days before this 2nd round.

Baby is doing super great otherwise. She loves the Kendamil and the breastmilk. Not fussy. Not gassy. No reflux. Not vomiting/spitting up. Happy. Growing well.

Pediatrician tested stool and found blood and is recommending HA formula. We tried amino acid based first and she absolutely hated it and refused it. We then tried eHF (Pepticate) and she kind of hated it but at least ate an ounce.

Just wanted to see if anyone had experience or suggestions for a baby that seems super happy and is thriving otherwise in how to manage this. Would this case be different than a full blown MSPI/CMPA that had symptoms rather than just an incidental asymptomatic stool finding?

Wife is trying to increase breastmilk volume to hopefully reduce formula (and of course eliminate all soy/dairy). She would love to keep using the Kendamil if possible as baby loves it and LO doesn't seem to be bothered, but we would hate for this to develop into worse MSPI/CMPA.
