Does anyone else have wrist pain or is it just me?

My baby was 18 lbs at his 4 mo appt so I’ve been carrying a 1 yo around for about 2 mos now. My wrist / thumb area is killing me and I’m curious if anyone else experienced this? I wear a brace to sleep but pretty sure it’s not doing anything…. Did your wrist pain go away? Should I see a doctor? I feel like my body is slowly deteriorating everyday. I used to workout but now I’m so exhausted and feel like all my muscle is gone.
