Online Safety Act Ranting/Protesting.

Political

Went to see my Red Tory Labour MP earlier to voice my objections to the OSA. As expected he only spouted the party talking points. But I'm still extremely pissed (both angry and drunk) and I'm hoping someone knows about protests in and/or around Glasgow that are happening, so hopefully someone else has organised something or I will have to (when I'm sober).

Just in case anyone doesn't know, the Online Safety Act is why you have to use a selfie/ID to access certain places online now. It's a very thin veil towards getting access to your online identity, using the excuse of "KeEpInG cHiLdReN SaFe". As far as the algorithmic changes are concerned I'm fine with (voice your concerns), but anything more than that just seems like government overreach so that they can access your online profile.
