Pending medical

So I underwent dgca class 2 medicals(applied on 16 May 2025 but due to some health reasons I had to get my medicals done on 11 June 2025 and my doc uploaded my reports by 13 June 2025 and declared fit) and it has been more than 56 days now and I haven’t received my final approval from dms cell but the catch is one of my friend she underwent class 2 medicals on the same day at the same centre and she got her approval yesterday(7 aug 2025). Should I escalate if yes then how? I’ve already mailed them.
