I fucking hate my health anxiety

I was convinced I had lung cancer - I didn’t have it

I was convinced I had throat cancer - I didn’t have it

I was convinced I had testicular cancer - I didn’t have it

Now I am fucking convinced I have Parkinson’s disease because my lower left eyelid is twitching for 2 months and muscles all over my body are twitching sometimes and my right hand seems to have less movement when walking.

I can’t live like this, I’m gonna get really sick because of worrying too much.
