Should I try to send my RAM in for RMA?

I have 64GB of RAM (4 sticks on 16GB). It's great for multitasking etc., but there are a few problems. My computer will occasionally freeze while playing CS2. It won't run stable at the advertised OC speed of 3600, instead I'm stuck in the non-DOCP 2166. I ran MemTest86 and I got some errors at 3600, but it was clear at 2166.

My question is, should I try to RMA it with G.Skill, or is it not worth it (or they wouldn't approve it)? I'm trying to decide my next course of action. TIA!
