Full time apartment maintenance position open in Hilliard

Hello friends, we are looking for a full time maintenance technician at my property in Hilliard. M-F normal working hours with some on-call required. Pay starts around $22/hour, up to $25 with experience, plus bonuses and monthly commissions for lease renewals. Benefits include health insurance, 401k match, PTO and more. Rental discounts are also available. We're a newer community with only 208 units so it's not crazy busy or anything and we're a small, tight-knit team. DM me if you'd like more info!

(Disclaimer: I am not HR so the information may not be 100% accurate but it's correct to the best of my knowledge)
