[for hire] - remote MSP jack of all trades

Hello,

I've been in IT for 20 years, MSP since 2009. I have strong on prem AD & exchange knowledge, as well as most things Azure including AAD, Intune, CAPs, VMs, budgeting, scalability. Server starting at NT 4, Exchange 5.5 thru to today.

I am currently employed; I work in the financial space focusing on MSP takeovers - my job is to digest, document, and fix everything related to the client's current IT landscape. Usually this includes email and file migrations, sometimes migration of servers to cloud or fully removing all server infrastructure and replace with Azure & 365 offerings. Porting into Teams, conversion from AD to AAD, on prem files to SharePoint is the regular process.

I'm looking for a senior or other high level technical position - I've run teams before and enjoy the mentoring portion of things.
