Home Server Build Recommendations

I am building a home server to run these 24/7

• Game Servers: Minecraft, ARK, Palworld, Terraria
• CasaTunesX server
• Self-hosted website with API (Spring Boot + React/Angular + SQLite)
• High-frequency stock trading algorithm (~30 Hz)
• Family photo/video vault (PhotoPrism)
• Second PhotoPrism vault for a friend
• Remote access/control from laptop, Mac, iPhone/iPad
• Reverse proxy via Nginx

I am currently running them on a old office pc that I got for free, it has a 7700K, AMD FirePro W2100 2GB, and 32G (4x8G) ddr4 ram in it but lately the CPU usage has been through the roof so I think it is time for an upgrade.

My goal is for it to be as cheap as I can get while getting decent performance, and to keep it as small/portable as I possibly can. I plan on heving the keyboard and monitor Velcro'd to the case so I can troubleshoot quickly if needed. I will mostly be using ssh to get into it though so no massive monitor needed. I have a full pc setup with three monitors so if I really need the larger screen for something I can just plug it into that.

I also would like to go with only the IGPU if possible, but the video rendering off of Photoprism might need one so I chose a case with room for one if I need to add something like a small 3050 in the future.

let me know what you guys think and If I can save some money on any of the parts, might try to snag some off of eBay to save a little money as I am also trying to put together a new 9070xt build and don't want to blow the whole budget on this thing.
