Brand new Blomberg dryer stops after few minutes

I have a brand new Blomberg dryer DV17600W2. It works fine when I use the timer. However, all of the programs stop working after 5-7 minutes. I called them, they sent a technician to replace the board. It didn’t make any difference so they replaced the dryer with a new one and it’s still the same. Any thoughts?
