Can't seem to reach Major Williams after watch sent?

Hi there:

I had sent a 3KF aquanaut with SW parts to Major Williams' mailbox at the beginning of July (USPS tracking shows that it has been delivered) but haven't heard back from him since. I sent a few follow up emails to see if he had received the watch and how to send him payment. I know Major is an extremely busy guy and I am in no rush, but just wanted to make sure he has received the watch. Should I keep on waiting for him to contact me or is there another way to reach him?
