Bedbugs again???

So a month back I had a issue with bed bugs but after spraying and zippering up my mattress I didn't have a problem but today I found a dead bed bug on my floor idk if it's from the past but I haven't found anymore or any signs of them idk if I'm being paranoid or not but should I treat my room for bed bugs again????
