carsick/motion sickness feeling ALL the time?

Question

I've always been someone who gets terrible motion sickness, but it's continually gotten worse the past few years and is hitting a really bad point. I used to only get affected in long car rides but then a few years ago, I started getting affected by any car (or bus, etc.) ride in general, and now it happens even if I spend literally just a minute in a moving car. it's also now started to affect me while I'm not in a vehicle, like I get carsick while just sitting at home/work. the main symptoms I experience now are: sudden intense nausea, vertigo, headaches (usually tension headaches), difficulty regulating temperate, bad taste in mouth, and AWFUL neck pain. the neck pain thing is recent - it seems like any time I get carsick lately it's accompanied by crazy bad next pain (I've never had any type of whiplash injury or anything like that as far as I know).

I've been diagnosed with POTS and EDS, and I know I have two slightly herniated discs in my neck but my doctors said to not worry about those. can anyone provide any insight? I can never really find anything when I look this up myself and people don't seem to take it too seriously, but it's starting to get pretty debilitating. TIA!
