HiTV no longer available on APP store

I mistakenly deleted my HiTV app (duplicate but ended up deleting both.) But, it’s no longer available on the Apple APP store.

Any help on what to do? I’m paying for the VIP thing.

Btw, I do still have the APP on my iPhone, but I seldom watch anything on the phone.
